THE 4 PHASES

The Martelleria Surra, thanks to the experience, and the high competence of highly specialized personnel,
It is able to produce parts of bodywork for cars, prototypes and pre-series, through these 4 phases.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

For the market requirements, the Martelleria Surra introduced into his system the most sophisticated technological means available to companies operating in the sheet metal working.

PRINTING

The Martelleria Surra, using hydraulic presses from 250 to 1000 tons, is able to satisfy every request from the client. The versatility of the presses enables very deep drawing, safeguarding the perfect quality of the final product.

  • Construction of iron and cast iron molds and equipment
  • Special stamping sheet metal and aluminum of medium and large

LASER CUT

At molding follows the laser cutting. For this type of operation, the Martelleria it is equipped with an advanced laser cutting center, thanks to which it is able to obtain well-defined products and quality.

  • Using plants to 5 axes among the most sophisticated in the industry
  • Stations for 2D and 3D cutting
  • Realization of drilling and trimming of high precision and repeatability.
 
 
TEST & FINISH

Finally the dimensional testing takes place, by which the quality of the product depends.

At our company we are using sophisticated equipment and
technologically advanced, in order to get to work of art products.

The shear is, in mechanics, a tool that is used to cut sheet metal. The cutting with the shears is still a cold working, which can not therefore exceed certain cutting thickness due to the significant effort required.

The mechanical equipment which uses the flow of a fluid (hydraulic oil) to develop a force used to compress different kind of materials, in our case compresses sheet metal and aluminum, using steel or cast iron molds.

High-performance system and the cutting speed, the positioning of the head and the cutting operations are precise and repeatable (thanks to the efficient management of CNC). The CO2 laser is ideal for cutting a wide range of materials and thicknesses.

The hydraulic press brake is a machine tool used for cold bending of metal sheets. It is basically composed of an upper fixed crosshead and a lower mobile bench.

It is a device that allows the sand mixing in the jet of air exiting from the compressor and adjusts the aspect ratio, this way allows you to refine the details cut by laser.

Necessary machinery for threshing and milling of metal sheets.

Used for tracking and measurement of the finished pieces.

It is a portable coordinate measuring machine (CMM) that allows manufacturers to easily check the quality of products through 3D inspections, tool certifications, CAD comparisons, dimensional analysis and reverse engineering.
